Description
On the 2nd of Faith in the second year of the reign of The Triumvirate, Senator Serge Cover was caught, arrested, and later executed for embezzling government funds from the planet of Diphda. House Goratrix immediately put forth an emergency motion for the resignation of all House Aponia senators, the removal of Duke Valentinus Aponia from the office of Executor, and the closing of House Aponia's politics, along with the declaration of House Aponia as renegade.
At this point, the Duke Valentinus Aponia disappeared from the public eye, and the Duchess Flora Aponia appeared in the senate, sponsoring a new bill that would revoke the Imperial Reform Bill and give the emperorship to House Ventruz. The combination of House Aponia and House Constantine senators (those presumed to vote in favor of the bill), and the number of House Goratrix senators (presumed to vote against it) were equal, leaving House Slick Ink to be in the same position they had during the creation of The Triumvirate - the deciding vote.
On the 21st of Faith, the bill was passed, and the Triumvirate was dissolved.
