PAX Galactica

Recognizing the shifting political climate of Eridanus, PAX seeks to forge a new coalition of the galaxy's fledgling noble Houses, in which members are given the ability to reach their fullest potential, among equals - and not under the shadows of the great Houses that currently dominate galactic affairs. Under the standards of cooperation and solidarity, we can rise to greatness, together.

PAX Galactica was formed in the early years of the reign of House Goratrix, approximately CE 14. It quickly became a safe haven for a plethora of new Houses in Eridanus, establishing itself as an alliance truly dedicated to the improvement of the galaxy unlike the other alliances of the time which were either based on relgion or military.

The alliance remained quiet in it's earlier years seeking to help it's newest members grow and expand. However with the mysterious dissappearance and death of Austinus Goratrix, a close relative, Romanus Goratrix was named the regent of Eridanus. Romanus almost as soon as he became regent, established himself as a tyrant and the majority of the galaxy became displeased with his rule. It was at this point that the silent PAX Galactica secretely began the planning of a revolution code named "Operation Red Ball Recovery".

Soon a large group of rebels had formed with PAX Galactica at the lead and House's Literion and Ironside offering a stong military force and high technology levels. All was well within the rebel coalition until Romanus caught word of what was going on from an unkown spy within the alliance. Infuriated he almost immediately launched attacks at the rebels particularly, House's Valencia and Literion who took the brunt of House Goratrix assault. The rebellion was stopped in it's tracks before it even began.

Months later, the galaxy saw the removal of Romanus from office to be replaced by the heir to the throne of Eridanus, Patricius Goratrix. Although the ORBR had not gone through Romanus the Tyrant had still been dethroned and that was a victory in itself.

Demoralized but not without hope, PAX Galactica again grew quiet in the galaxy to heal it's wounds. Today they are the largest alliance in the galaxy in status and the first to have an alliance whose collective status supercedes that of House Goratrix. The alliance even went on to produce the next Imperial House during the division of the galaxy. House Valencia took the throne through a senatorial vote while Goratrix retreated to his empire in the north.
