The CCC contained the resident "shit-disturbers" of early Eridanus. Virtually every house in the alliance was guilty of controversial public acts or legislation. They never posed a military threat to House Constantine and the Imperial Guard, but their actions constantly tested the boundaries of the Charter's rules, and the Emperor's patience.
Actions on House Jaeger's part led to the first military operation conducted by the Imperial Guard, and doubled as the public introduction of House Goratrix. The attack led to the death of Emily Jaeger, and was labeled the Ancha Atrocity, after the name of the planet the coup occured on.
House Dello's building practices opened the door the first embargo in Eridanus.
The CCC broke up when House Jaeger was deleted due to inactivity. The remaining houses either remained unaligned, or joined Novos Ordo Seclorum.
